POCKET KNIVES MALL RETURN POLICY (aka: Satisfaction Guarantee)

RETURN POLICY: Your SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. Products can be returned to Pocket Knives Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price. The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging. Pocket Knives Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product. Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items.

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us. We deal with quality products and many of them carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Also, you need to contact us because some manufacturers wish to have defective products returned directly to them. You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will let you know where to return your product. We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork. RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

 POCKET KNIVES MALL ANNUAL CUSTOMER REWARD PROGRAM

In January each year Pocket Knives Mall will randomly select one Pocket Knives Mall customer from the previous year and send the customer a check for the entire cost of their order (up to $300).  If a customer places multiple orders throughout the year, each order will be eligable to be selected as a winner.  The winner will be identified in the January newsletter.  The check will be mailed to the address given when the winning order was placed.
