Products can be returned to Pocket Knives Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price. The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging. Pocket Knives Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product. Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items. Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us. We deal with quality products and many of them carry a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. Also, you need to contact us because some manufacturers wish to have defective products returned directly to them. You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. We will let you know where to return your product. Pocket Knives Mall ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and numerous carriers for larger orders. Unless otherwise specified, orders are normally shipped by standard UPS Ground service or USPS priority mail. In stock items are usually shipped the next business day after the order is received. If there will be a delay of more than 72 hours on an item you order, we will notify you by e-mail of the delay so you can make an informed buying decision.
Shipping - United States: There is a flat $9.95 shipping charge on orders of $150 or less. Shipping is FREE on orders over $150. Shipping - Canada: Shipping to Canada is $15 more than United States Shipping costs. This means if you order is over $150 your shipping costs will be $15. Shipping - All other countries: Shipping to all other countries is $35 more than United States Shipping costs. This means if you order is over $150 your shipping costs will be $39.95. Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are the customer's responsibility. POCKET KNIVES MALL ANNUAL CUSTOMER REWARD PROGRAM In January each year Pocket Knives Mall will randomly select one Pocket Knives Mall customer from the previous year and send the customer a check for the entire cost of their order (up to $300).
